556例正常胎儿“心脏指数”的多普勒超声分析

Cardiac Index Assessment in 556 Normal Fetus by Doppler Echocardiography

目的 :应用多普勒超声评价胎儿心脏收缩功能。材料和方法 :随机选择 5 5 6例 16～ 41周正常胎儿 ,测量其“心脏指数”(cardiacindex ,CI) ,并进行相关分析。结果 :正常胎儿“CI”范围在 40 0～ 60 0ml·kg-1·min-1之间 ,且整个妊娠期无明显变化。结论 :胎儿“CI”可作为评价胎儿心脏收缩功能指标之一。

Purpose: Cardiac systolic function in fetus was detected by Doppler echocardiography. Materials and Methods: 556 normal human fetus of 16 to 41 weeks gestation were randomly selected for cardiac index (CI) measurement using color doppler echocardiography. Results: The CI in normal fetus were found between 400～600ml·kg -1 ·min -1 with no obviousl change throughtout the gestational period. Conclusion: CI is an objective parameter of cardiac systolic function in fetus.
