摘要
香稻作为具有香味的特殊稻品种。深受消费者的喜爱,但是由于受产地、产量等因素的影响,使其在很长的一段时间内只能做为一种中高档消费食用。本文就传统香稻的限制因素、改良的目标和措施进行了阐述。
Scent type rice has always been popular to consumers, however, due to the restriction of place of production and yield, it is considered as a luxurious food for quite some time. This paper gives an analysis into the restrictive factors and objectives of improvement.
