硬质合金成形铣刀切削性能的试验研究

摘要 以硬质合金成形铣刀与高速钢成形铣刀为研究对象,在试验的基础上,从切削力的大小、耐磨性的好坏、切削速度的高低以及工件表面粗糙度的改善四个方面对其切削性能做了分析比较,结果证明,硬质合金成形铣刀的切削性能比高速钢成形铣刀的切削性能有很大提高。 The carbide form milling cutter and the high-speed steel form milling cutter are studied. On the base of the experiment, the cutting force, abrasion resistance, cutting velocity are analysed and compared, as well as the roughness of machined surface of the carbide form milling cutter and the high-speed steel form milling cutter. The results prove that the machinability of the carbide form milling cutter has significant advantages over the high-speed steel form milling cutter. The carbide form milling cutter is worth being promoted as a new-type cutting tool.
