螺旋CT诊断溃疡性结肠炎10例

HELICAL CT MANIFESTATIONS OF ULCERATIVE COLITIS:A REPORT OF 10 CASES

目的 探讨溃疡性结肠炎的CT表现。方法 对 1 0例经双对比造影和内镜检查证实的病例行实时螺旋CT扫描 ,工作站三维重建。结果 CT表现为肠壁轻度增厚 1 0例 ,粘膜面呈锯齿状 7例 ,肠壁分层 3例 ,肠系膜密度增高 2例 ,肠系膜淋巴结增大 2例 ,肠管变细、缩短、肠袋变浅或消失 7例。结论 CT能提供双传统双对比造影检查方法以外的影像学信息 ;溃疡性结肠炎的CT表现包括粘膜面、肠壁、肠管形态、肠系膜等改变。

Objective To investigate the manifestations of ulcerative colitis on helical CT. Methods Real time helical scanning and tree-D reconstruction on the work station were accessed on ulcerative colitis cases proved by colonoscopy. Results Of all cases,there were 10 cases with colon wall thickening,7 cases with mucous serrated appearance,3 cases with colon wall delamination,2 cases with density increase of mesentery,2 cases with mesentery iymph nodes enlargement,and 7 cases with narrowing lumen or haustra disappearance. Conclusion CT scanning provides abundant imaging information that can't be proved by double-contrast study.Manifestations of ulcerative colitis are as follows:the appearance of mocasa,colon wall,lumen contour,mesentery and lymph nodes.
