Vojta诱导法对高危儿中枢性协调障碍的干预效果研究

INTERVENTIONAL EFFECTS OF VOJTA METHOD ON HIGH RISK INFANTS WITH ZENTRALE KOORDINATION STORUNG

目的 探讨Vojta法对高危儿中枢性协调障碍早期干预的疗效。方法 1 80例中枢性协调障碍儿随机分为二组 ,对照组 45例给予物理疗法、针灸、按摩、高压氧、药物等综合康复治疗 ,观察组 1 35例在综合康复基础上加用Vojta法进行治疗。对Vojta 7项姿势反射治疗前后进行测评 ,对比二组有效率及疗程长短间的差异。结果 观察组疗效明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;6个疗程治疗有效率高于 3个疗程 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 Vojta法可增加高危儿中枢性协调障碍的治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of Vojta method on high risk infants with Zentrale Koordinations storung(ZKS). Methods 180 infants with ZKS were divided into two groups,135 cases (observation group) and 45 cases (control group),who were treated by physical therapy,acupuncture,massage and hyperbaric oxygen,medicine,while in observation group Vojta method was given additionally.In both groups,effects were calculated before and after the therapy by Vojta 7 reflex examination.Meanwhile,effective rate and different periods of treatment were compared as well. Results The therapeutic effect in observation group was more satisfactory than that in control group.The effective rate of 6 periods were higher than those of 3 periods treatment. Conclusion Vojta method is benefit to the treatment of high risk infants with ZKS.
