摘要
为提高1ZS-20型水田耕整机变速箱的使用寿命,分析了其减速齿轮传动的工作情况,在保证模数、齿数、齿宽和中心距等参数不变的条件下,从提高齿轮的耐磨损能力出发,确定以使两啮合齿轮齿根的最大滑动系数相等为原则,建立满足必要约束条件的齿轮变位系数的优化选择数学模型,用C语言编程求解.结果表明,变位系数优化后,两啮合齿轮的最大滑动系数相等,大小齿轮磨损均匀.
In order to improve the longevity of the gear-box in paddy culitivator,this paper is an attempt to analyse the performance of the speed-down drive.In the case of guaranting such parameters as modelus,number of tooth and central distance invariable and improving the endurance of the gears to ensure the maximal slide coefficient on the root tooth of the two engaging gears to be equal,the mathematical model of optimal design is established.By computing with C language program,the results indicate that by selecting the optimum deflection coefficient of both the big gear and the small gear抯 maximal slide confficient are equal and they wear evenly.
