机动脱粒机秸秆切碎装置的设计

为了充分利用秸秆资源,在机动脱粒机上设计安装切碎装置,使秸秆在田间就地切碎还田沤肥.结合实际情况,对切碎装置的主要技术参数进行了设计,并就切碎装置容易产生的问题提出了解决办法.

To make good use of straw as a kind of fertilizer,we can design and install on dynamic thresher a kind of cutter.It is an important approach to develop high-yield-quality with which straw may directly put back into field for fertilization.According to practice,author elementally design those principal parameters on technology for this kind of cutter,meanwhile some preliminary advices on these frequent problems concerned with this kind of cutter are also given in this essay.
