摘要 有机硅烷偶联剂能显著改善高强复合胶凝材料的湿敏性。不掺硅烷偶联剂的高强复合胶凝材料在水中浸泡1个月,抗弯强度损失达37.3%,而掺加1.5%的硅烷偶联剂,同样条件下强度损失只有7.8%。这主要是由于硅烷偶联剂能在水泥颗粒表面形成缩合的硅氧烷分子层,并在有机聚合物基体中相互扩散、聚合及耦合成憎水的、相互贯穿的聚合物网状结构所致。 The coupling agent of silicoalkane can notably improve the humid sensitivity of high - strength composite cementitious material. This material without silicoalkane suffered a loss in the bending strength by 37. 3 percent from immersion in water for a month. On the contrary, the material with 1. 5 percent of silicoalkane sololy decreased by 7. 8 percent under the same conditions. This is why silicoalkane can form its molecule layer on the surface of cement grains, and mutually diffused and reacted to take form the undissorving and mutual - linked polymer structure network.
