摘要
探讨了稀土精矿在耐火材料中的应用,研究发现:在不同材质的耐火材料制品中加入稀土矿后,耐火材料的性能均有改变,性能改变比较突出的是酸性耐火材料和偏中性耐火材料,特别是制品的强度提高幅度很大,气孔率的降低非常明显,而且晶相微区分析表明稀土已参与到主晶相的成长发育过程中。这为提高偏酸性和偏中性耐火材料的某些性能提供一条有效的途径。
Application of refined rare earth minerals in refractory materials was investigated. It is found that the properties are changed by adding different amount of refined rare earth in different kinds of refractories. Especially, the property changes of acidic and neutral refractories are very distinct. The strength of refractory products improved in great extent and the porosity lowered evidently. The micro - range analysis of crystal phase indecates that the rare earth has participated in the growth of main crystal phase, which provided a way to improve some performances of acidic and neutral refractories.
