雌激素对去势高脂血症兔血脂及氧化型低密度脂蛋白mRNA表达作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 观察雌激素对去势高脂血症兔血脂、氧化型低密度脂蛋白 (ox LDL)水平及ox LDLmRNA表达的影响。方法 采用纯种新西兰雌兔去势术 +0 .5 %胆固醇饲料 +静脉注射牛血清白蛋白造模 ,模型动物连续使用雌激素 12周后检测相关指标。结果 与模型组相比 ,雌激素组ox LDL含量及ox LDLmRNA的表达均明显降低 (P值均 <0 .0 5 )。结论 雌激素可改善去势高脂血症模型兔血脂水平 ,调控ox LDLmRNA的表达 ,减少LDL的氧化修饰 ,保护内皮细胞功能 ,防治绝经后动脉粥样硬化。 Objective Effects of estrogen on blood lipid, plasma ox-LDL and the expression of ox-LDL mRNA were observed in experimental castrated hyperlipidemia rabbits. Methods All the rabbits were fed with high cholesterol diet and injected bovine serum albumin after the castration operation, and then followed by estrogen administration for 12 weeks.Results Estrogen could decrease the levels of cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein(LDL), and increase high density lipoprotein (HDL,P<0.05). Estrogen could also prevents the rise of plasma ox-LDL (P<0.05), and the expression of ox-LDL (P<0.05). Conclusions Estrogen prevents the micro-structure of endothelial cells from injury of the hyperlipidemia furthermore decreasing the level of ox-LDL and the expression of ox-LDL mRNA; and thus preserves the function of the endothelial cells.
