摘要
目的 探讨颈动脉体瘤的诊断及治疗。方法 2例颈动脉体瘤术前进行磁共振成像 (MRI)及磁共振血管成像技术(MRA)等检查后 ,采用瘤体剥离加受累颈外动脉切除的方法进行手术。结果 瘤体均完整切除 ,术后未发生颅脑及其他并发症。结论 MRA对颈动脉体瘤的诊断及手术前准备有十分重要的意义 ,外科手术仍是治疗该病首选的方法。
Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of carotid body tumor. Methods 2 preoperative cases were examined with MRI and MRA. Operations were performed by removing total tumor and a partial external carotid artery. Results Neoplasm was completely resected and no complications happened. Conclusion MRA was paramount for the diagnosis and treatment planning of carotid body tumor. Surgical excision remained a primary method.
