摘要 目的 观察P物质对牙龈成纤维细胞内游离钙浓度的影响。方法 体外培养人牙龈成纤维细胞 ,以荧光探针Fluo 3/AM标记 ,加入P物质 ,激光扫描共聚焦显微镜检测人牙龈成纤维细胞内游离钙浓度的变化情况。结果 经浓度为 10 -7mol/L的P物质作用后 ,可见人牙龈成纤维细胞内游离钙浓度升高 (荧光值增加 )。结论 P物质能升高人牙龈成纤维细胞内游离钙离子浓度 ,可能在牙周炎症进程中起一定作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of SP on intracellular free calcium concentration (Ca 2+ )i in cultured human gingival fibroblast. Methods Effects of SP on intracellular free calcium of cultured cells was measured using laser scanning confocal microscopy with fluo-3/AM as a fluorescence probe. Results Cells responded to SP (10 -7 mol/L) by the intracellular (Ca 2+ )i increased markedly (fluorescence intensity increased markedly). Conclusion The results that SP could increase the concentration of intracellular (Ca 2+ )i suggested that SP may play a role in the process of the periodontal inflammation.
