The utilitarian trend of employment function of vocational education being emphasized while the function of human's development being overlooked will lead the technological trend in educational work and unilateral development of individuality. Vocational education should not only strive for improving worker's quality, promote the employment, but also provide the support for individual development, and then achieve the integration between them.
