职业教育是一个人社会化所必需的过程,并以完成初始职业化为本质特征,且具有自身的层次和体系.这一环节存在的必然性是由于教育的成本约束所致.教育成本的约束主要来自三个方面:学校教育成本约束,个体受教育成本约束,学校教育与社会需求供给错位造成的教育浪费而形成的成本约束.

The binding of education cost come from 3 aspects as follows: binding of school education cost, binding of individual educated cost and binding of educational waste caused by the dislocation of school education and social demand.
