Analysis on the Current Situation of Model of Running School of Higher Vocational Education in Undergraduate School and Countermeasures

本科院校办高职在高等职业教育发展中起重要作用,形成了多种办学模式.同济大学在办学实践中实施'依托母体,相对独立'的办学模式,其内涵是发挥本科院校的优势,形成相对独立的管理体制和运行机制,并取得了实际成效.实施'依托母体,相对独立'的办学模式,要正确处理好师资、管理、不同教育类别及与相关机构的关系问题.

Running higher vocational education in undergraduate school has played an important role in the development of higher vocational education. It has brought positive effect and formed a variety of models of running school. In practical experience, Tongji University has concluded the model as 'relying on parent of university and being independent relatively'. The intension of the model is to bring full play of advantages of undergraduate schools and to form a relatively independent system of management and operation, which has obtained real achievements. To apply model of 'relying on parent university and being independent relatively' has to handle several problems well.
