Reforming Talents Training Pattern in Higher Vocational Education to Serve for Vitalizing Old Industrial Base

针对十六大提出振兴东北老工业基地的战略任务,阐述辽宁省高等职业教育改革的背景与现实问题,提出改革高职人才培养模式,必须正确定位高职教育,树立"为顾客服务理念",对接产业结构需求,调整专业结构,以职业能力发展为主线构建课程体系,并进一步加强校企合作.

In accordance with the strategic task to vitalize old industrial base in Northeast areas the author states the background and realistic problems of the reform of higher vocational education in Liaoning province, puts forward we should make correct position of higher vocational education, establish the idea of serving for customer, connect the need of industrial structure, adjust speciality structure, construct the curriculum system based on the development of professional ability and enhance the cooperation of school and enterprise in order to reform talents training pattern in higher vocational education.
