我国小康体育的现状及走向——以大众体育为背景的研究

The Status Quo and Development Tendency of Sports in the Comparatively Well-Off China —— Research on the Basis of Mass Sports

国家统计局统计指标显示,截止到2000年,我国人民生活水平已实现了小康初始水平的94%。运用文献资料法、实证分析法对在此影响下形成的以大众体育为背景的小康体育进行研究。结果显示:目前我国每周参加1次以上及3次以上体育活动的人口占总人口比例低于发达国家,但接近中等发达国家水平。体育消费总体水平偏低,东部与中、西部差异明显。体育参与率和体育消费在我国东部和中、西部地区之间,城市和农村之间以及同类地区大城市与中、小城市之间存在着不均衡现象。

According to statistic information published by the National Statistic Bureau,94% of the target of the comparatively well-off China has been achieved by the year of 2000.With two kinds of methods including Literature Method and Analyses of Factual Evidence Method,the paper has researched the mass sports in the comparatively well-off China as follows:It has been shown that the percentage of the population taking part in exercises one to three times a week with respect to a whole is lower than that of developed countries,but is close to those of middle-developed countries.The whole level of consumption of sports is comparatively low,and there is a significant difference between those of East China and those of West China and the middle part of China.There exist unbalanced sports consumption and unbalanced sports participant rates among West China,the middle part of China and Esat China;among middle-sized cities,small cities and big cities of the same parts of China;between rural areas and urban areas.
