激光治疗牙本质过敏症疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Tooth Hypersensitivity Therapy with YAG —Laser

本文对40例牙本质过敏症(牙颈部及(牙合)面各20例,共100牙)用HSM—ⅡYAG激光治牙机治疗后,即刻有效率为100％。经3个月的追踪观察,牙颈部及(牙合)面过敏牙有效率分别为88.9％和70.9％。二者存在差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,用HSM—ⅡYAG激光治疗牙机治疗牙本质过敏症有效。

40 cases with the hypersensitive tooth (cervical zone 20 and occlusal surface 20 cases) were treated by the YAG—laser. The 100 teeth were involved in the study. The effective rate was 100%. After following.up three months,it was 88. 9% of cervical zone and 70. 9% of occlusal surface. The result showed that it is effective for treating tooth Hypersensitivity by the YAG—laser and the efficacy is different between the cervical zone and occlusal surface after three months
