经颅多普勒超声监测脑出血颅内压的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)监测脑出血动脉血流速度参数与颅内压(ICP)的相关性。方法 采用经颅多普勒超声监测脑出血患者的动脉血流速度、博动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)和血流频谱,观察其参数值。结果 博动指数、阻力指数比血流速度更能反映ICP的变化,当PI>1.0,RI>0.6时,应考虑ICP升高。TCD血流频谱可作为监测ICP的指标。结论 采用TCD监测脑出血患者脑血流变化,某些参数与颅内压有一定的相关性,可以间接了解颅内压的改变,为临床治疗提供科学依据。 Objective Researching application of TCD to supervise parameter of encephalorrhagia patients' artery blood flow rate and correlation with ICP. Methods Adopting TCD to supervise the encephalorrhagia patients' artery blood flow rate, PI, RI and frequency spectrun of blood flow. Observing the numerical value. Results The target of ICD is well reacted with PI and RI instead of the blood flow rate. When PI>1. 0,RI>0. 6, we should consider the heightening of ICP. Frequency spectrum of blood flow of TCP is considered as the target of superving ICD. Conclusions Adopting TCD to supervise the changing of encephalorrhagia patients' artery blood. Some numerical value is related to the intracranial pressure in some degree by which we can know the changing of intracranial pressure indirectly. And it supply the scientific basis to the clinical treat.
