摘要
有机磷农药的检测一直是人们感兴趣的研究课题.本文介绍了应用酶反应偶联离子色谱法测定甲胺磷农药.该方法基本原理是:植物水解酶促进乙酸萘酯分解生成乙酸.甲胺磷农药抑制植物水解酶的活性,植物水解酶的活性随甲胺磷浓度增加而降低,乙酸萘酯分解生成的乙酸也减少,离子色谱能够快速灵敏准确的检测生成的乙酸的减少量,由生成的乙酸的减少量定量甲胺磷农药.应用本方法,测定了甲胺磷农药,线性范围在0.24~120μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD%)=5.3%,测定结果准确灵敏.
In this paper, a new method for the determination of methamidophos was developed. The plant hydrolyzed-enzyme catalyses naphthyl acetate hydrolyzed reaction, which produces acetic acid. The produced acetic acid was detected by IC. Methamidophos restrains the activity of plant hydrolyzed-enzyme. Methamidophos was determined according to the decrement of acetic acid. The linear range for the determination of methamidophos was 0.24~120 μg/mL, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was (5.32%.)
