摘要
本文主要探讨经济全球化时代区域政策方向性问题。把经济全球化作为区域政策大背景分析其性质和影响效果,提出经济全球化时代的主角是区域的观点;分析了EU及其成员国的区域政策新动向及其依据;在此基础上对中国今后的区域政策方向性问题进行了若干思考。
The paper mainly discusses some issues on regional policies oriented to the economic Globalization. Based on economic globalization, author analyzes its features and implementing effects of the regional polices, and argues that the ' leading actor' of globalization should be regions; Furthermore, the article also analyzes the new dynamic and its foundation of regional polices of EU and its members; Then, on the basis of the analysis, the paper suggests some directions of Chinese regional polices in future.
