摘要 面对课程改革中教育理念、教学方式、教学情境、教学效果评价体系的种种变化,地理教师必须重构面向21世纪中国教育未来的创新性角色,实现“教书匠”向“研究型学者”的转换,成为学生自主性学习的引导者、参与者及合作者,成为学生创新能力的培养者,真正适应新世纪人才培养的要求。 The implementation of the Foundation Curriculum Reform proposes severe challenges to Geographical teachers. Faced with such new changes as educational concept, teaching models, teaching settings and teaching appraisal, Geographical teachers must be reconstructed to meet with the demand of the future creative role. Only by doing so, can they change their role as teachers into guides and cooperators for students' self- directed study, facilitators for developing students' creative ability, and adapted to the requirements of the reform.
