摘要
本文通过3年的试验资料,运用对应分析的方法对40个陆地棉品种的10个主要产量和品质性状进行了研究,并利用因子距离探讨了品种与性状的分类及遗传差异与10个杂交组合 F_2代性状变异的关系。结果表明:对应分析能有效地同时揭示性状间、品种间及性状与品种间的关系,两年聚类结果品种符合率达77.5%,因子距离的大小与品种地理来源无直接联系,与 F_2代性状的表型变异系数呈显著正相关,但与 F_2代性状的均值无明显关系。此外,文中指出:在杂交育种亲本选配中既要考虑类间类内差异,又要重视亲本的实际表现。
Data from 10 yield characters and fiber quality characters of 40 upland cotton vari-eties obtained in 3 successive years were used in a study to ascertain the usefulness ofcorresponding analysis.They were analyzed with the help of corresponding analysisand factor distance to investigate the relationship between the classification and geneticdivergence of varieties and characters and the varietion of the characters of 10 F_2 pop-ulations.The results indicated that corresponding analysis could reveal effectively therelationship among characters,among varieties,and between characters and varieties.77.5% of the varieties clustered in two years corresponded with each other.It was also found that the magnitude of factor distance had not direct relationshipwith the geographical origin of the materials,but it was positively correlated with thephenatypic variation coefficient of the F_2.It was also suggested that when parentalmaterials were selected for making crosses,not only the inter- and intra-cluster diver-gence of the parental materials should be considered,it is also necessary to considerthe actual performance of the parents themselves.
