摘要
采用超氧物歧化酶(SOD)酶谱型不同的3个基因型配制了2个杂交组合,根据 F_1、F_2及F_3资料对两种酶谱型进行了遗传分析。结果表明,大豆超氧物歧化酶 SOD b1b2谱带的有无受一对互为显隐性的主效基因(Major gene)控制,分别用 Sod 1和 sod 1表示;C 区的变异受两个位于同一基因位点上的共显性基因(Codominant allele)控制,分别用 Sod2-f 和Sod 2-s 表示。Sod 1和 Sod 2两对基因相互独立。
One wild soybean germplasm (G.soja) and two cultivated soybean cultivars(G.max) were used to make two crosses in 1987.The inheritance of type Ⅰ andtype Ⅲ were analysed based on the data of parents,F_1, F_2,and F_3.Theresults showed that the presence and absence of the absence SOD bands b_1 and b_2 in F_2plants segregated in a ratio of 84:316,this simple 1:3 segregation pattern sug-gests a single segregating locus(designated Sodl);The SOD bands clc2c4 andclc3c5 segregated in a ratio of 1:2:1 in F_2 plants,these data fit a hypothesis ofcodominant alleles at the Sod2 locus.There Were no genetic linkage betweengenes Sod_1 and Sod_2.The data of F_3 were consistent with F_2 data.
