摘要
选用离子交换法和熔融吸附处理法得到不同插层距离的有机改性蒙脱土OM 1和OM 2 ,并利用熔融复合得到了有机改性蒙脱土在PE HD和PE HD g MAH(PEMA)中近似剥离的复合材料。与PE HD相比 ,复合材料的流动性有了明显提高 ,热分解温度提高了 46℃。
Two organo-montmorillonites were prepared via ion-exchange and melt adsorption,repectively.Based on the latter method,nanocomposites of polyethylene/maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene/clay were obtained.Compared with PE-HD,flowing properties of the composites were improved increasingly,and its thermal decomposition temperature improved 46 ℃.
