摘要 以等温和非等温热分解方式对使用卤 /锑类阻燃剂的阻燃PC/ABS合金的热稳定性进行了研究 ,并对合金的阻燃性能、力学性能进行了测试。结果表明 :三氧化二锑与十溴联苯醚复配后对阻燃体系的热稳定性产生影响 ,而且阻燃体系的热分解速率与二者的配比有密切关系。十溴联苯醚与三氧化二锑的质量比分别为 2 .5 /1和 1/1时 ,PC/ABS阻燃合金的热稳定性优良 ,阻燃性能和力学性能也比较好 ;在 2 5 0~ 2 60℃时PC/ABS阻燃合金具有良好的加工稳定性。 The heat stability of PC/ABS alloys containing halogen-antimony composite flame retardant was studied with both isothermal and nonisothermal decomposition approaches.The weight ratio of decabromodiphenyl ether and antimony oxide influenced both the flame retardance and mechanical properties.When that weight ratio was between 1/1 and 2.5/1,the PC/ABS alloys gave rise to good flame retardance ad mechanical properties,as well as an optimum heat stability during the processing at temperature between 250 and 260 ℃.
