摘要
提出了一种用非机械力场分散聚合物熔体中无机粉体的新方法 :原位气泡拉伸法。该方法是利用一定条件下聚合物熔体中气泡快速膨胀时 ,对周围聚合物熔体产生的快速拉伸作用 ,实现无机粉体分散的新方法。理论计算表明 ,气泡膨胀时可以使其周围的聚合物熔体产生高达 10 6s-1的拉伸速率 ,比一般机械分散法所能获得的剪切或拉伸速率高两个数量级 ,因而可以获得优于常规分散混合的分散效果。
A novel method for dispersing inorganic powder in the polymer melt,the in situ bubble stretching method (ISBS method) was proposed.When bubbles in a polymer melt inflated,the melt in the vicinity was stretched in both meridian and latitudinal directions rapidly and the inorganic powder wherein can be effectively dispersed.Calculation showed that the stretching rate can be as high as 10 6 s -1 , which was two orders of magnitude higher than that can be achieved by the regular mechanic methods,and thus the aggregated particles can be separated.Epxeriments provided excellent results for this method.
