摘要 草铵膦(glufosinate-ammonium)是以谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)为靶标酶的有机磷类非传导性灭生除草剂。光强、温度和湿度等环境因子对其活性有很大影响。其不但可以灭生除草,作为转基因技术研究的筛选剂,而且随着转基因抗草铵膦作物的问世,该产品的应用将进一步扩大。 Glufosinate-ammonium is a non-selective post-emergent herbicide, and it belongs to organic phosphorus herbicide family. It inhibits glutamine synthesis (GS) and gives excellent performance following glyphosate in weed control. Environmental factors such as light intensity, temperature and humidity effect great'y on glufosinate-ammonium activity. The resistant gene of bar gene screened out has been successfully transformed into many crops, which enlarges the fields of using glufosinate-ammonium.
