Influences of the Micro-ball from Fly Ash on UHMWPE

叙述了采用发电厂工业废弃物粉煤灰中取出的粉煤灰玻璃微珠作为填充物,对超高分子量聚乙烯进行加工改性,使其能改变加工流动性,实现连续挤出成型。分析了粉煤灰玻璃微珠在材料中所加入的不同比例对体系各个主要力学性能的影响,这些性能包括摩擦、磨损性能、冲击性能、拉伸性能、断裂伸长率和硬度。

The micro-ball from fly ash,taken from industrial waste of electrical power plant,was used as a kind of filler for UHMWPE.It improved the flowing property of UHMWPE so as to achieve continuous extrusion of UHMWPE.The influences of various proportions of micro-ball from fly ash on the main mechanical properties of UHMWPE system were analyzed.These properties included the friction,the wear,the impact strength,the tensile strength,the elongation at break and the hardness.
