摘要
本文介绍了一种能够对身管膛线参数进行检测的装置 ;讨论了膛线参数检测的原理 ;分析、证明了基于约当 (Radon)变换的直线参数 (角度和至给定点的距离 )的检测技术 ,提出了基于图像变换的火炮身管膛线参数检测方法。这种方法能够对身管膛线的宽度和角度进行检测 ,并具有较高的抵抗噪声干扰的能力。考虑到光学系统对图像产生了一定的畸变 ,进而对膛线参数的检测产生一定的影响 ,本文对此进行了分析和研究 ,给出了膛线参数的修正公式。最后 ,通过实例 ,实现了对膛线参数的检测 。
Aimed at the parameter detection of artillery rifling, an image transformation system was proposed. Principle of the rifling parameter detection was discussed by giving the rifle parameter (viz. its angle and distance to a given point) based on the Radon transform and resulting in an image detection method on the rifling parameter. This computes the width and angle of the rifling on the given image with a high anti-noise ability. Influence of image distortion caused by the optical system was analyzed, and formula of correction deduced. This can reduce or eliminate the influence on the rifling parameter detection caused by image distortion. An example was finally given to testify, and a resolution achieving high precision and low algorithmic cost was given.
