Concering to the current structure and equipment of ship in guide series for mariner obtaining certificate test, this paper analyses relevant questions on the practice of test for marine officer in China, and points out the improving necessity and offers some advices. The aim is to embody the characteristics of authority, nicety, practicality and system.
