尺桡骨骨干双骨折内固定术后前臂旋转功能障碍 被引量:10

摘要 目的 :分析尺桡骨骨干双骨折内固定术后前臂旋转功能障碍的原因。方法 :通过对我院1985年 1月 - 2 0 0 2年 6月收治的 4 38例内固定术后尺桡骨骨干双骨折临床资料的回顾性分析 ,探讨其中 4 6例前臂旋转功能障碍的原因。结果 :随访时间 4~ 16个月 ,平均 8个月 ,旋后功能障碍者 2 3例 ,旋前功能障碍者 8例 ,合并肘关节屈伸受限者 9例 ,合并腕、掌指及指间关节活动受限 6例。结论 :致伤暴力大、损伤范围广、骨折内固定术后肢体外固定的体位不当、制动时间过长以及手术操作技术失误是导致前臂旋转功能障碍的主要原因。 Objective: To analyse the causes of forearm rotation disfunctions with internal fixative operation in ulnoradial diaphyses fracture. Methods: The clinical data of 438 patients of ulnoradial diaphyses fracture with internal fixative operation from January 1985 to June 2002 were analyzed retrospectively to explore the causes of 46 cases forearm rotation disfunctions among all patients. Results: By a followed-up of 4 to 16 months,averaged 8 months,23 cases with turn-backward disfunctions,8 cases with turn-forward disfunctions,9 cases with elbow joint extension and flexion disfunctions,6 cases with wrist joint,metacarpophalangeal joint and interphalangeal joint disfunctions. Conclusion: The main causes of forearm rotation disfunctions are extensive serious injuries with large range,long-term unsuitable limb posture with external plaster fixation and improper operative skill.
