心理认知护理对服毒自杀患者情绪障碍的效果

Therapeutic effect by psychological cognition nursing on suicide patients with psychol disorder

目的 :探讨心理认知护理对服毒自杀患者情绪障碍的效果。方法 :采用抑郁、焦虑症状自评量表和简易应对方式问卷 ,评定 5 4例服毒自杀患者护理前后的心理状况。结果 :护理前比较 ,患者的情绪障碍程度明显不同 ,差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1)。护理后患者的应对方式评分与护理前比较 ,积极应对多于消极应对 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论

Objective:To explore therapeutic effect by psychocognitive nursing on suicide patients with psycho disorder.Method:54 suicide patients received measurement by anxiety self assess sheet(SAS)and concise coping questionaire.Result:There were significant differences between before and after nursing in mood disturbance degree(P<0 01).They become more active.Conclusion:Psychocognitive nursing is effective in treating suicide patients with psycho disorder.
