摘要
现有原油处理流程烦琐 ,能耗大 ,成本高。试验表明 ,采用高效油、气、水三相分离器优化原油脱水工艺流程 ,可以达到简化流程、降低原油处理成本的目的。经在八里庄油田里一联合站应用 ,单站年效益达 70万元。
The present crude oil process problems of big power loss and high cost.The test manifests that utilizing high efficient equipment of oil,gas and water separator to optima dewater process for crude oil can make the procedure simple,low the cost for oil treated.By application of it in Liyi associated unit of Bali village Oilfield,annual profit by per unit reaches to 0.7 million yuan RMB.
