摘要
对GK1G -C型机车运用过程中出现冒黑烟严重的现象进行了分析。通过计算 ,得出该型机车原配的 2 0GJ 0 0EA型增压器与 12V190BJ6 型柴油机性能不匹配的结论 ,提出重新选配J170型涡轮增压器的解决措施。措施落实后 ,效果显著。
The phenomenon of smoking of the exhaust is analysed for GK_(1G? ?C) locomotive.By calculating,we conclude that 20GJ·OOEA turbocharger is not suitable to 12V190BJ_6 diesel engine.The design of matching J170 turbocharger for the engine is proposed.The practice shows that it is an (efficient) way to solve the problem of smoking of the exhaust.
