氯酸钾诱导龙眼成花与叶片蛋白质及核酸含量变化的关系 被引量:9

Relationship Between Flower Bud Formation Induced by Application of KClO_3 and the Changes of Protein and Nucleic Acid in the Leaves

摘要 用氯酸钾(KClO3)诱导龙眼成花及成花过程中成花母枝叶片蛋白质和核酸含量的变化,结果表明:经KClO3诱导处理的植株能在60d左右开花,添加植物细胞分裂素(CTK)比单独使用KClO3对促进龙眼成花效果更明显;在成花诱导后,成花母枝叶片中蛋白质和核酸的含量在成花诱导期迅速增加,之后逐渐下降,而对照树蛋白质和核酸含量始终保持在较低水平,其中RNA峰值出现比DNA晚10d左右;RNA/DNA的比值在成花后一直呈上升的趋势,在花芽形态分化前达到最大值。 Longan (Dimocarpus longan Lour.) trees were treated with potassium chlorate (KClO3) in soil from April to June. The changes of protein and nucleic acid in the leaves were determined in period of floral bud formation. Results showed the trees were induced to form floral buds and bloom after about 60 days applied KClO3. If CTK was added to KClO3 it would produce more distinct effects. The content of protein and nucleic acid in the leaves was increased sharply at the floral physiological differentiation phase in treatment B, KClO3 + CTK or D, KClO3, then fell down and the peaks of RNA were delayed by 10 days than DNA with control (CK). The content of protein and nucleic acid was kept on a lower level. The ratio of RNA/DNA was increased during induction period and reached the peak before the morphological differentiation.
