Ideas on Education of Human Resource and Views on Education for All-round Development

以人力资源开发为目的的"人力"教育理念,因其有着深刻的社会现实基础而具有合理性和必然性,但同时又内涵着与促进人的全面发展教育观相矛盾、相冲突的因素。要从社会和教育两个方面入手,协调人力教育与全面发展教育之间的矛盾,并使之有机地统一于我们的教育实践中。

Based on the purpose of Human resource development, ideas on education of Human resources are characteristic of rationaty and neccessity. They also embody some facters which are contradictory to the views on education for all-round development. As a result, we must reconcile society and education, and harmanize education of human resource with education for all-round development in our educational practice.
