摘要
教育评价中被评者的偏差心理是影响评价效果的重要因素。偏差心理有迎合、防卫、应付、敏感、文饰、焦虑等表现形式。这些心理偏差产生的原因是多方面的,要采取针对性的措施对此进行调控。
The evaluatee's psychological deviation in the educational evaluation is an important factor which will influence the evaluation effects. Their accomadation, precaution, perfunctoriness, sensitivity, worries and anxiety are display of such psychological deviations which result form many factors. To overcome these deviations, we must take some measures for readjustments.
