玉米×四倍体多年生玉米F_1减数分裂构型及不同构型的染色体来源研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用品红染色和多色基因组荧光原位杂交技术分析了玉米×四倍体多年生玉米杂种F1减数分裂构型及其不同构型染色体来源。结果表明,玉米×四倍体多年生玉米杂种F1减数分裂构型平均为4.66I+5.00Ⅱ+5.12Ⅲ;荧光原位杂交结果显示单价体、二价体和三价体分别为绿、红和黄色荧光信号,表明单价体来源于玉米,三价体构型染色体来源于玉米和四倍体多年生玉米种同源染色体配对和二价体的染色体仅来源于四倍体多年生玉米种。这些结果进一步说明玉蜀黍属A、B和C染色体组组成更恰当。 Studies of meiotic behavior and configuration of F1 hybrid of maize × Z. perennis were made by cytogeneticmethod and McGISH (multi-color genomic in situ hybridization). The results showed that the average of meiotic configurationsof F1 hybrid of maize × Z. perennis was 4.66I+5.00II+5.12III. F1 hybrids of maize × Z. perennis exhibited different colorsignals in three groups of chromosomes, which correspondingly appeared in 5 trivalents, 5 bivalents and 5 univalents. Thethree different genomes could be designated A, B, and C. Genome A was homologous between maize and Z. perennis, andgenomes B and C have diverged extensively. Z. perennis had its genome C besides A, and maize had its genome B besidesA. Our results suggested that genus Zea have genomic A, B, and C.
