摘要
利用大葱与野葱杂交获得的F2分离群体,通过AFLP分子标记的遗传分析,构建了包含10个连锁群,228个遗传标记的杂种葱较高密度的连锁图谱,该图谱覆盖902.6cM,平均图距为3.95cM。
A genetic linkage map comprised of 228 loci was constructed with an F2 population derived from aninterspecific cross in Allium. The genetic map included 10 main linkage groups, covering 902.6 cM with average distancebetween adjacent markers being approximately 3.95 cM. The map is suitable for identification of molecular markers linked toimportant agronomic traits, QTL analysis, and even for marker-assisted selection in breeding programs of Allium crops.
