Adhere to the Scientific Concept of Development and Facilitate Comprehensive, Coordinated Regional Development through Technology Innovation: Suggestions on the S&T Work in Central South China

本文分析了坚持科学发展观对于促进经济社会全面、协调和可持续发展的重要意义,以及科学技术在实现科学发展观中的重要地位和关键作用,并在此基础上,结合我国中南地区实现区域统筹协调发展的需要,提出全面推进区域创新体系建设的若干政策建议。

The paper considers that scientific concept of development is of great significance to facilitate the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of both economy and society. Science and technology play an important role in the realization of the scientific concept of development. Based on these and the need of the Central South China, policy recommendations are proposed to promote comprehensively regional innovation system and to realize the comprehensive and coordinated development of the Central South China.
