摘要
把自主开发或自主创新与开放和引进外国技术看成是对立关系的观点是错误的,因为两者对于中国工业发展的实际意义都必须统一到技术学习上。本文通过对日韩两国汽车工业发展经验的分析说明,自主开发不仅是创新的必要条件,而且是学习外国技术最有效的途径。
It is a mistake to think that autonomous product development is harmful for absorbing foreign technology, because the underlying factor behind both ways is technological learning. By reviewing the historical experiences of Japan's and South Korea's auto industries, this essay argues that autonomous product development is not only the necessary condition for indigenous innovation, but also the best way to learn and absorb foreign technology.
