摘要
本文基于核心资源的价值特性,通过对客户价值的差异性、动态性等方面的探讨,分析了企业外部的客户界面。以此为前提,又进一步探讨了企业内部的价值创造过程,通过探求外部差异的内在原因,进而审视企业内部资源的核心性。最后,立足于企业内部资源界面和外部客户界面之间的互动,构建了一个核心资源界面识别的基本模式。
This paper analyzes the customer interface outside corporation based on the value features of core resources by studying the difference and dynamics of customer value. Then it makes a further analysis on the process of value creation inside enterprises to search the inner reason for outer difference, which is taken as a basis to identify the core resources of a corporation. Lastly, this paper sets up a basic pattern of core resources interface identification on the basis of the interaction between corporation inner resources interface and the outer customer interface.
