乳酸菌类微生态制剂及其微胶囊化的研究进展

乳酸菌在体内发挥着重要的生理生化作用 ,但是该类微生态制剂的抗逆性较差。微胶囊技术是当今世界发展迅速、用途广泛的一种技术 ,它能较好地提高细菌存活率。本文就乳酸菌类微生态制剂的生理作用及微胶囊技术在该制剂上的应用作简要综述 ,以期加深对微胶囊技术的认识 。

Lactobacillus is very important to animals health, but this kind of probiotic is sensitive to heat, acidity, storage and other stresses. Microencapsulation is a quikly developed and widely used technique. It can improve survival of lactobacillus effectively. This paper reviewed advances on function of probiotic strains of lactobacillus and its microencapsulation so as to further promote acquaintance to this technique and its use in feed additives.
