Study on Dividend Policy of Listed Company in China

在评价我国上市公司股利政策现状及存在问题的基础上,从证券市场环境、股权结构、融资渠道、公司盈利能力、决策科学性多个方面全面分析了问题存在的原因,并针对症结所在提出促使我国上市公司股利政策理性化的建议。

Based on the evaluation of the current situation and existing problems of dividend policy in China,the article analyzes the causes of problems from the aspects of security market, capital structure, financing channel, earning ability and scientific decision-making. Finally,it put forth some suggestions about how to make Chinese dividend policy sounder.
