摘要
我国旅行社的失信问题有着宏观环境和行业自身特点的双重原因。中国旅行社协会已经发布《关于开展旅行社信用信息服务的通知》,向会员单位和全社会征求意见和建议。该协会构建的旅行社信用信息平台已经开始在协会的网站上试运行。本文分析了旅行社失信问题的原因,并就旅行社诚信体系的制度和策略安排提出了建议。
Social environment and the characteristics of tourism lead to broken trust of travel agents. China Association of Travel Agents has claimed research report for suggestions from members and the whole society. The integrity and trust information system designed by Association has run on its web site. This paper analyzes the reason for travel agents to lost trust and integrity, give advice for the new system and tactic of travel agents.
