光核酸酶-蒽醌衍生物的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 蒽醌衍生物可以被设计成光核酸酶,与DNA作用时能在特定的位置裂解单链或双链DNA,在生物化学和生物药学上有许多重要的应用,可作结构探针和抗肿瘤试剂.介绍了蒽醌衍生物可作为光核酸酶的原因、与DNA作用的不同方式及其与DNA加合物的研究方法. Anthraquinone(AQ) derivatives can be designed as photonucleases.When they react with DNA,they can cleave the single or double-strand DNA at special sites.So they have many important uses in biochemistry and biomedicine fields,such that they can be used as structural probes and antitumor agents.They were introduced the reason why AQ derivatives can be designed as photonucleases,and the different modes when they react with DNA,and the study methods of adducts of AQ derivatives with DNA.
