摘要
本文研究Kerr非线性对一维光子晶体中场分布的影响。计算光子晶体中加入Kerr非线性材料后,入射光强及频率对光子晶体中场分布形态的调制。当入射光强较小时,场分布的节点个数随光量子阱中束缚态频率的下降而增加;当光强足够强时,节点情况不会发生本质的改变,但由于非线性的作用,波峰会发生分裂。
The effect of field distribution in one-dimensional photonic crystals with Kerr nonlinearity was investigated. The modulation of field distribution with the incident intensity and frequency was calculated. If the incident intensity is low, the lower the eigenmode frequency, the more the note number. If the light intensity is high enough, the wave crest of field distribution would be separated.
