摘要
研究了Hg2+对卤虫无节幼体的急性毒性。试验结果表明,卤虫无节幼体在不喂食条件下死亡率对Hg2+的剂量反应关系的离散度较大,相关系数为0 813~0 894,48h-LC50值为0 006~0 016mg L。在喂食条件下,可降低离散度,相关系数提高至0 918~0 986,死亡率和Hg2+的剂量反应关系可用线性关系描述,24h-LC50值为0 008~0 020mg L。
The acute toxicity of Hg^(2+) to nauplius of Artemia Salina was studied in the lab. The results showed, in the condition of no feeding, that the dispersion ratio of death rate to concentration of Hg^(2+) was big, the correlation coefficient were 0.813~0.894, 48h-LC_(50) were 0.006~0.016mg/L, On the other hand, when the nauplius were fed, the dispersion ratio decreased. The correlation coefficient were up to 0.918~0.986, the dosage-respense relations of death rate to Hg^(2+) could be described by linear relationship, 24h-LC_(50) were 0.008~0.020mg/L.
