众所周知 ,企业文化包括许多内容 ,其中企业行为是其重要的组成部分 ,企业行为系统的设计较为重要。本文对企业行为系统的内容从总体框架上进行了构建 ,并选取学习园地模块和客户关系管理模块进行了重点论述。
